Single sessions are available for athletes looking for a focused conversation or an introduction to mental performance coaching. Most athletes see the greatest benefit through ongoing work.

Common Questions

How do sessions work?

All individual sessions are one hour and are conducted via video call, making it easy to fit into your training schedule, regardless of location.

As for the team workshops, there are options for either online or in person. In person will require travel to be paid for as well.

How long before I see results?

Many athletes notice shifts in their mental approach within the first few sessions. Sustainable change typically develops over 4-8 weeks of consistent practice.

How often should I see you?

I recommend scheduling sessions once a week or every other week, depending on what works best for you. Ultimately though, it’s up to you and what best fits your schedule. 

Is this therapy?

No. Mental performance coaching focuses on developing psychological skills for athletic performance. I don't treat clinical conditions. If needed, I can provide referrals to sport psychologists.

Can packages be customized?

Absolutely. These packages represent common starting points. I'm happy to discuss modifications based on your specific needs and timeline.

What's your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged at 50% of the session rate.
