Shelby Houlihan

is a Mental Performance Coach with a master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from National University, dedicated to helping athletes enhance their mental game. She has been passionate about running since she was 5 years old, and has competed at various levels. Her achievements include being named the Iowa High School Gatorade Athlete of the Year in 2011, winning the NCAA 1500m Championship in 2014, competing as an Olympian in 2016, setting two American Records, earning a World Indoor Silver medal in the 3000m in 2025, and winning 14 National Championships. Shelby's formal education, combined with her extensive sports experience, provide her with a unique perspective on performing at an elite level, which she uses to help the athletes that she works with.
